During the session at my office within the community of Pacific Gove, Ca, we will talk and direct your sessions to the best of my abilities. I will intertwine multiple modalities for that session and every session after to help settle and utimately lengthen the muscles

Our time together will also allow you a moment to connect breathe to the body and thus mind. Allowing awareness to how your body feels, a first step that will offer so much information about you and your body. Whether you're on the table or at work, awareness is the first step in having insight into you. Imagine how great bodywork sessions will be if you're able to provide live updates/sensations of the muscle to the therapist.
