I envision a facility were people can visit and be presented with multiple modalities to further their health. Whether it be for injury, sport, or balance I hope to assist you with your needs. With my body work I am searching for change within the body but doing so in a calming, compassionate way that has your client needs first and fore most. That is why each session will be a fully clothed tailored bodywork focused to your needs during that time.

 The start of 2022 has allowed Fit Recovery to relocated in the town of Pacific Grove. Offering the local community great manual targeted bodywork to help assist with your needs. Dr. Arredondo DTCM,MTCM,L.Ac. Her clinical focus is based on treating disorders of the central nervous system and the difficult physical and emotional side effects created from various forms of stress related conditions. 

Dr. Arredondo has been on a life transforming secondary journey. This additional pursuit directly focuses on uncovering the mystical aspects and the deeper spiritual teachings of Chinese Energetic Medicine. Her areas of expertise and continuing education include Chinese Energetic Medicine, as well as the ancient Qigong (energy skill), Shengong (spirit skill), and Neigong (inner skill)

Welcome to Joyful Tiger Daoist Arts

Over the last 7-8 years I've been building my massage practice within the central valley. During the start of the practice I was within a CrossFit facility. That time had allowed me to see the kind of strain that was put on the body and thus a need to balance the body through bodywork. From that time I have been lucky enough to branch to clients with everyday issues.

I feel that as the therapist grows so does the body style they provide and as with anything, the more time with a Massage Therapist the more time we are able to explore your issues.
